1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.
- The item is not personalized, custom-made, or a clearance item.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any shipping fees for exchanged items.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Clearance items.
3. Replacements
If we made an error in the personalization of your order, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. However, we do not offer replacements if the mistake was due to an incorrect image or misspelled text provided by the customer.
4. Refund Policy (Force Majeure & Delivery Issues)
We offer refunds for product costs (excluding shipping fees) in the following cases:
- The customer was unavailable during the delivery attempt.
- The provided phone number or email address was incorrect.
- If the package was returned by the postal service for these reasons, we are not responsible for additional costs.
- If the customer refuses the package without a valid reason, it will be discarded, and we are not responsible for any refunds.
